2 tablespoons peanut butter
Pecans (walnuts or almonds would be another great option)
Chocolate chips (optional)
How do I make it?
- Slice apple into thin rings and remove core.
- Spread peanut butter over one side of ring.
- Top with pecans, coconut shreds, and chocolate chips.
